We're a family-run bakery in Dublin, baking five Eastern European traditions side by side — Polish, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Romanian and Moldovan breads, pastries and doughnuts. Every loaf on our shelves is made overnight, by real people, in a real bakery. No shortcuts, no additives for the sake of it, no bread that tastes like nothing.
We don't post vacancies every week — our team is small and we'd rather hire the right person than fill a slot. So whether you're an experienced baker, a driver who knows Ireland's back roads, a packer with an eye for detail, or simply someone who wants to be part of something that actually matters — we'd love to hear from you.
